Nisswa is nestled in North Central Minnesota amid the Land of 10,000 Lakes and is just north of Brainerd/Baxter. From it's humble beginnings as a railroad stop and lumber camp to its quaintly modern shopping and resort community, Nisswa has blossomed into a destination for locals and visitors alike. Nisswa Chamber Grounds Beautification Project!

This summer we are going to beautify the chamber grounds. Phase 1 will be sod, fieldstone pathways, plantings/gardens. Depending on the weather, we hope to start by end of May, beginning of June. This phase is funded by donations from: Nisswa Women of Today, Nisswa Lions and the Nisswa Chamber. Thank you for making this possible!

Phase 2 will be pavers around and the northside of the chamber building. There will be 3 different paver sizes, with the largest one, 6" x 9", available for engraving. The engraving that is available will be 3 lines with up to 15 characters per line - with wording of your choice - for that someone special in your life. The cost of each paver is $100.00. Forms are available at the chamber office. It is our hope to have enough names by July 15th to be able to have this phase completed by this fall. We are also seeking names for phase 2 - please submit your name to the Nisswa Chamber. If we have duplicates, a drawing will be made. The winner will receive one engraved paver for free! Name will be decided by May 15th!

Hall Landscaping & Dock Service will be doing all of the landscaping for us! We are very excited about this project.
